Growth Strategy for Telehealth & Wellness Brands.

16 years in this industry have taught me what it takes to grow a business, and how expensive the wrong decisions can be. I learned those lessons by building and scaling my own brands to millions in ARR, managing millions in ad spend, building teams, and figuring out what works through experience.

Over the last two years, I've focused heavily on telehealth and the menopause market, spending millions on advertising to reach these audiences. My experience spans HRT, TRT and GLP-1, with particular depth in reaching women navigating perimenopause and menopause. That work goes beyond managing ads. It means developing creative for different customer needs, improving landing pages and patient assessments, optimizing checkout, and recovering people who leave before completing the journey. I look at how the whole business acquires and converts customers, so we can identify what needs improving before increasing spend.
